JUVIA GROUP OPENING LA ESTACION AMERICAN BRASSERIE AT MIAMICENTRAL’S CENTRAL FARE MARKETPLACE

Juvia Group’s latest eatery to debut in early spring with more Central Fare partners announced soon

MIAMI, FL. – February 28, 2019 – Downtown Miami’s new urban marketplace and food hall experience, Central Fare, is excited to announce its partnership with celebrated restaurateurs, Juvia Group. La Estación American Brasserie by Juvia Group, a new, full-service bistro concept, will premiere early spring as Central Fare’s anchor restaurant at MiamiCentral. The 240-seat, 10,000-square-foot restaurant and bar, will feature four private event spaces and a vast open kitchen.

“Central Fare reflects the diverse and vibrant energy of Miami, and we think Juvia Group’s newest concept embodies that vibe,” said Patrick Goddard, Brightline’s President. “Central Fare is a vital addition to Brightline’s MiamiCentral, and it offers something unprecedented in the Central Business District. La Estación American Brasserie is a vital component of that and will undoubtedly become a community hub and dining staple.”

The unique restaurant concept will blend bistro-casual with just the right amount of urban, upscale chic, making it command central for everything from spontaneous lunches with colleagues to celebratory gatherings with friends. Central Fare, debuting this spring, will bring more food options than ever before to the area in one centralized location within MiamiCentral, the mega hub, where Brightline (soon to be Virgin Trains USA) and various transportation options, retail, offices and residences converge.

“Our new restaurant at Central Fare is completely different than any concept we have done before,” said Jonas Millan, owner of Juvia Group. “We want La Estación American Brasserie to be the go-to community restaurant for Brightline’s guests, neighboring residents and the professionals who work right upstairs at MiamiCentral and the surrounding area.”

Juvia Group is known for its signature rooftop tri-fusion French, Japanese and Peruvian restaurant at 1111 Lincoln Road along with Sunset Harbor’s Sushi Garage and Sunny Poké, and Bonito in St. Barth. The menu at La Estación will feature American and global favorites, including BBQ ribs, burgers, soups, salads, steak frites, and a selection of Japanese items. The 25-seat bar at La Estación American Brasserie will be a bustling happy hour destination, featuring specialty cocktails, wines on tap, wines by the glass, craft and local beer, and bar bites at reasonable prices, as well as a variety of live music from DJs to bands.

For those looking to host a special occasion, event, or meeting, La Estación American Brasserie will feature multiple private dining rooms. These spaces can accommodate a party size as little as 12 seats or a large-scale affair for nearly 200 people, alongside a variety of group-dining level packages.

Central Fare can be accessed directly via Brightline, Metromover, Metrorail and soon, Tri-Rail.

Other confirmed tenants include Parliament Coffee & Espresso Bar (now open), Rosetta Bakery and 800º Woodfired Kitchen. Additional exciting purveyors will be announced in the coming weeks.
