National bagel retail company strengthens significant transformation in Downtown Miami
Miami, FL – August 17, 2018 – Downtown Miami’s new hub for all things transportation, leisure and business, is excited to announce the addition of Einstein Bros.® Bagels to its lifestyle retail promenade. Located on the ground floor of 3 MiamiCentral, the new 1,800 square foot bagelry features the latest store advancements and finishes, full catering capabilities and a robust menu including a variety of fresh-baked bagels, signature double-whipped shmears, gourmet bagel sandwiches, coffee, espresso, sweets and snacks with gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options.
The new location is a collaboration between celebrated Miami Heat Captain and community leader, Udonis Haslem, and managing partner, Ramona D. Hall, through their company, JFC Miami, a dynamic South Florida food and beverage operator.

JFC Miami continues to collaborate with CareerSource South Florida to create jobs for unemployed job seekers, as well as young adults from low income families; providing them an opportunity to enhance their work-readiness skills while earning an income. The opening of this location has brought more than 30 new jobs to the area, totaling nearly 100 jobs created since the inception of JFC Miami’s first fast-casual concept.

The introduction of Einstein Bros. Bagels brings a new food destination to a daytime population of more than 250,000 people in Downtown Miami, including those who work in 3 MiamiCentral, the new office tower directly above the bagelry. Joe & The Juice also recently opened at MiamiCentral’s Brightline Station, adding more food options than ever before to the area.
MiamiCentral, spans across six Downtown Miami city blocks and serves as the southern terminus for Brightline and a centric stop for Metromover, Metrorail and future Tri-Rail service.
